The Gallery was established in 1988 in Washington D.C.
From 1988-1994, the gallery has been showing Contemporary Russian Art.
The gallery collection was based on works by the nonconformist artist from the former Soviet Union.


Since 1994, Gregory Gallery has been showing a mix of contemporary American and
European art. The gallery moved to New York City in 1995.
