Alexander Alexandrovich Volkov was born in 1937 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In 1959 he graduated from the Tashkent Art College and in 1966 from Moscow Stroganov Art Institute. For many years he was working as a sculptor. He is a member of Moscow Union of Artist since 1993. Participated in exhibitions since 1957.
