Anatoly T. Zverev ( 1931-1986 )

Anatoly Timofeevich  Zverev  was born in Moscow, where he lived and worked until his death in 1986. He was one of the most prolific and imaginative of the unofficial artists in the former Soviet Union. He was an important contributor to the Russian Expressionist movement of the 1960-80s, his works are characterized by agitated technique of emotional abandon.
